Hello, my name is Ben – I am an Oregon Principal Real Estate Broker and the owner of Twenty-Four Ten Avenue Realty, LLC. I specialize in residential real estate sales, including single-family homes and multi-family investment properties, providing dedicated client representation throughout Oregon. With over 8 years of real estate experience, I’ve had the pleasure of serving clients in Douglas, Lane, Linn-Benton, and Columbia counties, offering a boutique service tailored to each client’s needs, grounded in local knowledge and a modern, client-focused approach.
My philosophy in real estate is simple – Provide clear communication, thoughtful strategy, and hands-on support at every stage of the process. Whether assisting first-time buyers or seasoned investors, I strive to make each transaction seamless, transparent, and rewarding.
Over the years I've served on several boards, and I spend my time primarily hopping between Roseburg and Portland; however, I also frequently travel to Bend, Salem, Eugene, St. Helens, and other areas throughout the State of Oregon for business. In my free time, I enjoy traveling the West Coast, spending time with my dogs, and watching reality TV!
