Ben is available on a need-be basis; however, his general office hours are Monday - Thursday 09:00 am - 12:00 pm & 01:00 pm - 03:30 pm.
For convenience, all of our Real Estate Agents have online scheduling access directly to Ben's calendar. Have a question for your Principal Broker? Feel free to Email, Text, Microsoft Teams Instant Message, or Schedule a one-on-one appointment that works for your schedule.
Depending on availability, after hours appointments can be accommodated upon request.
Principal Broker Office Hours & Communication Standards will be reviewed during your new agent onboarding.
As many Real Estate Agents do, we work from home. Not having a physical office keeps our operating expenses lower and in-turn, we can keep our agent fees and our commission cap lower.
Our office supplies all of the necessary technology to conduct our Real Estate Business virtually and this includes access to Microsoft Teams for online video meetings, screen-sharing, and client presentations.
Additionally, we find that most Real Estate Agents conduct their in-person business at their clients home or at the home that is being shown to the client.
If we are in need of a meeting place outside of the home, we typically opt in for a coffee shop or a restaurant visit in which we treat our clients to.
The satisfaction of our Real Estate Agents is extremely important and we realize that not all Real Estate Agents are comfortable with a Virtual Office. Because of this, we want to make sure that our Real Estate Agents find comfort in the fact that in-person help is available.
For those Real Estate Agents that are less comfortable with technology, in-person appointments can be accommodated on your schedule and your Principal Broker will come to you.
With that being said, our Real Estate Agents are Independent Contractors and it is their responsibility to reach out, schedule appointments, ask questions, and take advantage of the Brokerage Resources.
