Terms & Conditions

A SUCCESSFUL CLOSE OF ESCROW IS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN THE ELIGIBILTY THAT IS REQUIRED TO RECEIVE ANY BENEFITS FROM TWENTY-FOUR TEN AVENUE REALTY, LLC ON BEHALF OF THE NWCU MEMBER BENEFITS APP.

By entering your information to receive a one-time gift (“benefit”/”benefits”) from Twenty-Four Ten Avenue Realty, LLC on behalf of the Northwest Community Credit Union (“NWCU”) Member Benefit app, you will be bound by these Terms & Conditions, and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.

Member. As identified in this contract, the term "member" refers to an eligible individual who decides to take advantage of the benefit set forth.

Eligibility. Open to individuals who are at least 18-years of age and who have successfully closed a real estate transaction with Twenty-Four Ten Avenue Realty, LLC. Individuals should be able to show their NWCU Members Benefit App upon request. 

*A final HUD/Settlement Statement may be required showing that you were represented by Twenty-Four Ten Avenue Realty, LLC throughout your real estate transaction.

Claiming your Benefit. To claim your benefit, visit www.2410ave.com/nwcu (web address is case/text sensitive) and select ‘ACCESS BENEFITS’—this will prompt you to complete a form with your information. Once completed, a team member will reach out to you. 

*This form must be complete in-order to verify eligibility status.

Once your transaction is in escrow, our office will place a note in your file to deliver your selected benefit at or around the close of escrow.

Restrictions. Only one member may be eligible to redeem benefits per closed real estate transaction. (i.e., if any two or more members buy/sell a house together then the group as a whole will be eligible for ONE benefit for that real estate transaction--regardless of the membership status of the other individuals). However, members may be eligible to claim benefits if they enter into another (separate) real estate transaction as set forth in this agreement.

Additional Terms. Twenty-Four Ten Avenue Realty, LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel benefit at any time. Twenty-Four Ten Avenue Realty, LLC and its affiliates are not responsible for: (a) inaccurate or incomplete entry form and/or failure to complete the entry form process as laid out in this agreement; (b) physical damage to any benefit after deliverance. 

Twenty-Four Ten Avenue Realty, LLC may disqualify any individual that violates these Terms and Condition.

No greater value other than those clearly advertised will be awarded. Color and model of product may vary from that which was advertised. 

Buyers may be required to sign a standard buyer’s contract upon making the decision to work with an agent at Twenty-Four Ten Avenue Realty, LLC. 

Sellers may be required to sign a standard listing contract upon making the decision to work with an agent at Twenty-Four Ten Avenue Realty, LLC.

Twenty-Four Ten Avenue Realty, LLC has the right to reasonably refuse service to anyone. 

However, Twenty-Four Ten Avenue Realty, LLC will never discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin or sexual orientation. Additionally, we will not establish discriminatory terms or conditions for the purchase or rental of our properties, deny that housing is available or advertise that the property is available only to persons of a certain race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin or sexual orientation.

Expiration. This promotion does not have an expiration date; however, Twenty-Four Ten Avenue Realty, LLC reserves the right to discontinue this promotion at any time.
